Tae Kwon Do has helped myself in a couple of ways.  First, it has disciplined me and my body more than I thought possible.  I am able to do numerous martial arts tasks such as kicking, boxing and self defense.  I never thought that this old body could do it.  Second, I came to Dae Han in my late forties, out of shape and very much overweight.  With the help of Master Kim and Mrs. Kim I have lost 65 lbs and I am slowly getting back into shape.  Being here at Dae Han has been an exhilarating experience and I highly recommend it to anyone.  Master Kim and Mrs. Kim are highly knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you become the best you can be.

I have been training many years and have experienced with different styles.  Here at Dae Han my wife and I found our training home.  Master Kim is extremely knowledgeable in Korean Martial Arts and training.  Mrs Kim has always helped push our class to the next level.  This is a program they can tailor to your level.  This has helped my wife and I continue towards our personal goals.  We have always been at very different levels, but can train together and continue to make our own goals.  I believe this has helped us and can help anyone who wants to learn solid technique and get into shape.  After 2 ½ years here I look forward to many more.

Tae Kwon Do strengthens your body and improves your health through physical exercise and conditioning.
