We have years of training in Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. Both are forms of Korean martial arts. Tae Kwon Do is "the way of the foot and fist" with recognition placed on the power of the leg/foot as the part of the body that can generate the most force and has the greatest extension. In 2000 Sydney Olympics Tae Kwon Do has debuted as an Olympic Sport, driving its popularity around the world. Hap Ki Do means "the way of coordinated power" where an aggressor is defeated by converting his/her power into your own through leverage, and non-resistive and circular movements. Jointly, we have won competitions both in Korea and here in the United States at both the state and national levels. We bring our winning strategies along with years of teaching experience to support our students to reach their fullest potential.
